Pick or drop one file; its pages appear as thumbnails.
Tap the cross in the corner — marked pages turn red and can be restored.
Drag thumbnails into place, or use the arrow buttons when dragging is awkward.
Rotate any page 90° from its corner; expand the trim panel to set margins in millimetres.
Build the new PDF locally, with no upload.
Marking a page for deletion drops it from the output file; the source file is never modified. Reordering only changes the sequence, so nothing inside the page is rewritten. That means "remove the blank pages" and "move the signature page to the end" can be done in one pass.
Yes. Pages are copied across as objects rather than re-rendered, so text layers, vector art, links and bookmarks survive intact. Output is usually a little smaller than the source because resources of the deleted pages are no longer carried along.
Trimming only changes the visible area — the page content is still there, it simply is not shown or printed outside the box. 5 to 10 mm normally clears the black edge of a scan. If the values would leave a sliver of a page, the crop is skipped for that page instead of producing a blank sheet.
Three routes add them: a duplex scanner fed single-sided sheets records the back, a trailing page break in Word leaves an empty sheet, and merged files bring their own covers. Such pages are blank and easy to spot in the grid — mark them and export, no need to go back to the original files.
No. Trimming cuts along four right-angled edges, so it only removes stray borders. A photo or scan taken at an angle needs keystone correction first; otherwise the content stays tilted after the border is gone. If a whole page is upside down, use the rotate button instead.
Yes — mark each one, then export once. To keep only a few pages, mark all for deletion first and tap the ones you want to keep.
Each thumbnail has left and right arrows that move the page one position, equivalent to dragging.
No. Any page numbers printed inside the page stay as they are, so deleting pages leaves gaps unless you add new numbering.
No. An open password hides the page content; remove it with the Unlock tool first.
No upload limit — only local memory. A few hundred pages is best handled on a desktop.
Yes — tap the same corner button on that page to bring it back. Nothing is final until you export, and the source file is only ever read.
No, one file per export. For two orders, export twice and remember to restore the order before the second run.
