Terms of Service · Free tools and self-hosted licences

These terms cover your use of the site and of any self-hosted licence bought through it: the limits of the free tools, what a per-server licence includes, payment and refund rules, liability, and the law that applies.

In detail

Agreement

By using pdf.iceai.cloud you accept these terms. The site is operated by LIANG WEIJIA, an independent developer based in Shanghai, China. If you do not accept the terms, please do not use the site.

Free tools are provided as they are

The browser tools are free, with no warranty of any kind and no service level commitment. Keep your own copy of every document you process: conversion can fail, and a badly scanned or password-protected file may produce an imperfect result. Any free tool may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time.

Fair use and acceptable use

Automated scraping, bulk downloading, load testing and attempts to bypass rate limits are not permitted. We rate-limit by IP address and may block traffic that threatens availability for other users. Do not process unlawful material, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the server, to other users' files or to the source code.

Self-hosted licences

Paid plans are annual licences for one production server each, licensed per server rather than per seat; what each plan includes is listed on the Enterprise page. Delivery follows the process described there: a scoping call, a build on your test server for a 30-day trial, then production rollout — you start paying only after the trial works for you. Licences are not transferable and may not be resold. Support is by email within the response window stated for your plan.

Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record, which also handles applicable taxes. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax unless stated otherwise. If a deployment cannot be completed, tell us within 14 days of payment and we refund the amount in full. Once a licence has been delivered and the trial accepted, the licence fee is not refundable.

Intellectual property and liability

The site, its code and its written content belong to the operator; you keep full ownership of every document you process and of any data hosted on your own server after deployment. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect loss including lost profit, lost data or business interruption.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and disputes are subject to the courts of Shanghai. We may update the terms; the date on this page changes with them, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.
